No. Ask us to confirm the theme, availability, program details and cost. A request is not a reservation or payment.
In Thayer, Nebraska, a little preparation can keep a character visit from feeling rushed. Choose a greeting spot, leave space for a group photo and let each child decide whether to join or watch. For an outdoor party, make the backup plan clear to the adults before the day begins. Ask us about the character theme and share your preferred visit length and guest ages. We can confirm program details, cost and availability; a request alone does not reserve a date.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
