No. A date or ZIP request is not a booking or payment. Confirm the requested theme, availability, cost and program details with our team.
In Townsend, Washington, give the birthday child a little space to meet the character at their own pace. The first moment can be a wave from across the room or picnic area; a photo or shared activity can follow only if the child wants. For a manageable visit, choose one simple group activity and leave time for individual hellos. Ask us about the costume theme, then confirm program details, cost and availability with our team. Local venues and policies have not been verified, so check the exact site before planning.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Washington State Parks identifies reservation types that require its call center. Check the actual facility type and booking channel before trying to secure a picnic shelter or group space online. Verify access, setup and permission for hired entertainment separately with the operator; a reservation route is not event approval.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
