Invite children to wave or join a photo, while making it fine to watch from their seats or beside an adult.
Ask about the exact space, reservation conditions, layout, and whether hired entertainment is allowed.
No. A request is not a reservation. Program details, cost, and availability must be confirmed with our team.
For a party in Turners, make the character's arrival easy to follow: tell guests where to gather, then give your child the option to greet, wave, or watch. Keep the shared activity short so children can take part without needing to perform. If you are considering a park gathering, distinguish an enclosed room from an open shelter when checking booking conditions. These are statewide planning checks, not verified Turners venues or local policies. Confirm the exact facility's rules and ask us about the requested character program, cost, and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Missouri State Parks says enclosed shelters, venues and meeting rooms require advance reservations. Check the exact facility type and current booking conditions, since open picnic shelters can follow a different process. Confirm the gathering layout and permission for a hired character visit with the operator; this policy does not establish entertainer availability.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
