Let the child choose whether to pose alone, with a caregiver, or with guests, and keep the option brief.
Invite them to watch quietly, then join a simple group activity when the child is ready.
A request is not a reservation. Ask us to confirm the date, character theme, program, and costs.
A character visit in Urb El Prado can start with a choice that gives the birthday child some control: wave from nearby or watch before deciding to meet. Keep a photo opportunity available without making it the main event. Guests can join after the child's first hello, perhaps through a shared pose or easy activity. Organizers should plan who will guide guests and where the greeting will happen. Send us the requested theme, date, address, and ages, and ask us to confirm program details, costs, and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
