Invite children to greet the character one at a time or in pairs. A wave from their seats is also participation.
Set aside a short photo window after the birthday child's greeting. Keep the background simple and let children opt out.
No. Send the date and requested theme to our team, then confirm availability, program details and costs directly.
For a party in Urb Ensanche Ramirez, give the character's arrival one clear moment in the schedule. The birthday child might choose to wave from a parent's side, pose for a picture or invite a friend to join. Keep the group's first activity brief, with room to move on if attention shifts. When asking our team about a visit, provide the requested theme, date, child's age and preferred timing. Program details, costs and availability need confirmation, and an inquiry alone does not reserve a visit.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
