A small, predictable plan can help a character visit feel comfortable for children in Urb Santa Marina. Consider starting with the character greeting the birthday child, followed by a short photo opportunity and an invitation for guests to participate or simply watch. Tell guests where to gather, and keep a trusted adult near children who want time to warm up. Ask us to confirm the requested character theme, visit activities, costs and availability before treating a date request as a booking.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
