Yes. A wave or short hello can be enough, and the child can decide whether to continue or watch.
Offer a group picture as an option, not a requirement. A child may take a separate photo with family or skip it.
Include the date, location type, guest ages, and desired timing. Ask our team to confirm program details, cost, and availability.
A Weybridge party can make room for different comfort levels by giving children more than one way to join the character visit. The birthday child might choose a wave or a brief hello, while guests can join a group moment or stay nearby with family. Prepare a clear meeting point and a quiet place to pause. When asking us about a visit, share the setting and schedule you have in mind. Program details, costs, and availability must be confirmed, and a date inquiry is not a booking.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Vermont's Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation publishes site-specific occupancy information for its remote camping sites. If a plan involves one of these state-managed remote sites, check capacity, access, sanitation and drinking-water arrangements before proceeding. This camping guidance is not a birthday venue recommendation or permission for hired entertainment, and it does not describe every Vermont park.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
