Share the schedule, location and birthday child's preferred name with the organizer and our team. Keep a clear space for greetings.
No. A ZIP code or date request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm availability, cost and program details with our team.
A Wenatchee character visit can fit neatly into a birthday schedule when the greeting, photos and guest activity each have a little breathing room. Let the birthday child meet the character first; then invite guests to join as a group or watch nearby. Have an organizer ready to guide arrivals and explain where photos will happen. If using a public space, verify its exact booking process and rules rather than assuming online booking covers every need. Confirm the character program, cost and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Washington State Parks identifies reservation types that require its call center. Check the actual facility type and booking channel before trying to secure a picnic shelter or group space online. Verify access, setup and permission for hired entertainment separately with the operator; a reservation route is not event approval.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
