In Adairo, Ohio, keep the birthday visit centered on a simple choice for the guest of honor: wave hello, meet the character with a caregiver, or wait for a photo later. Other children can join a short greeting or watch from nearby. A clear start and finish can help the party stay settled. These ideas are suggestions, not promised inclusions. Ask us to confirm the requested theme, program, cost and availability; make gathering arrangements directly with the venue.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
