Tell us your kid’s name and how to say it, what they love, and what makes them shy. Your notes go to the performer with the booking, so the hour is about your kid.

Have the character wave from a little distance first. Let the child choose whether to approach, talk or simply watch.
Choose a clear spot and have one adult gather children when the moment comes. Keep the camera ready, but let anyone skip a photo.
Ask us to confirm program ideas, costs and availability. Separately check the venue's permission and any booking conditions.
For a Carl Fisher, Florida celebration, keep the character visit simple and let the birthday child set the pace. Start with a wave or a familiar song, then offer a choice: join a short group activity or watch from beside a trusted adult. Save a little time for photos, including a quiet one-to-one moment if the child wants it. Before choosing an outdoor setting, confirm the exact location, permissions and backup plan. Ask us about the requested character, program ideas, costs and availability; a date or ZIP request is not a reservation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Florida DEP describes the Florida Park Service and links to its state park information. Identify the exact state-managed property, then ask about the relevant group facility, reservation process and operating conditions. Describe hired entertainment to the operator before booking; the agency overview does not establish birthday eligibility, permission or availability at a particular park.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
