Keep the first greeting short and offer simple choices. Children may wave, take a photo or watch from nearby.
Confirm the venue's hours and entertainment permission, clear a greeting spot and choose an adult to take photos.
No. Ask us to confirm the requested theme, program details, costs and availability.
For a Falkland gathering, set the character visit within the facility's confirmed use hours and leave a little breathing room for the birthday child. A friendly wave can lead into a choice of a short chat, group greeting or quiet photo. Guests can join in or stay with their adults. Statewide North Carolina guidance is not a verified Falkland venue policy, so check the exact space and permissions directly. Ask us to confirm the requested theme, program, costs and availability before finalizing the schedule.

North Carolina State Parks notes that facilities can have limited hours. Check the exact shelter or room's permitted use period, layout and reservation conditions before setting the entertainer's arrival and departure times. Ask the park about hired entertainment separately; a facility reservation does not establish approval for all party activities.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
