No. Check venue arrangements directly. A request is not a reservation or payment, and visit details require confirmation.
For Fayetteville, Ohio, put a simple weather decision into the party plan before deciding where guests will gather. Indoors or out, give the birthday child control over the first hello: a wave, a photo or time to watch can all be good starts. The organizer can then invite guests to join in at an easy pace. The available guidance is statewide planning advice, not verified information about city venues, permits or policies. Check the exact site and ask our team to confirm character program details, costs and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
