Yes. Check the forecast close to the party date, and ask the venue what indoor space is available if conditions change.
Not necessarily. Phoenix city programs serve City of Phoenix locations, so confirm any local resource with Glendale or the venue before relying on it.
Our character visits start at one hour and can be extended in half-hour increments, such as 1.5, 2, or 2.5 hours.
Ask whether outside entertainers are permitted, whether there is a shaded or indoor area, and what the venue's rules are for performers and décor.
Glendale is its own city in the Phoenix metro area, and that matters when you plan a party. Many of the heat resources you may read about belong to the City of Phoenix, not Glendale, so confirm what applies where your party will actually be held. Start by choosing the character, then decide where the visit will happen and what the venue allows.
A party location in Glendale falls under Glendale's own city rules, which can differ from neighboring Phoenix. Before you book, ask the venue whether outside entertainers are allowed and whether a costumed character can perform there. We have no information that confirms any particular venue's policy, so treat these as questions to ask rather than assumptions.
Summer afternoons in the Phoenix area get very hot, so an outdoor party may need a shaded spot, water on hand, and a backup indoor space. Ask the venue what indoor options exist and whether they can be used for a visit. Phoenix's heat relief network and its hydration stations are City of Phoenix resources, so they do not apply to a party in Glendale unless you confirm otherwise.

Tell us the character you have chosen and the kind of party you want, whether that is a shorter visit with games or a longer celebration with more activities. Activities such as a dance, a photo session, or a simple game are options to discuss, not services included with every booking. Our character visits begin at one hour and can be extended in half-hour steps.
