Ask us about a manageable visit plan. A short greeting and birthday photo may suit your schedule, but confirm the available program with our team.
Invite children to wave, join a group photo or watch with an adult. Let each child choose their level of interaction.
Send the date, ZIP code, child's age and character theme. Confirm the program, cost and availability before treating the request as booked.
For a Higgins Bay celebration, start by matching the gathering space to the number of guests and the kind of visit you want. A brief character hello followed by a birthday photo can keep the moment focused without putting every child on the spot. Prepare a simple activity for guests who prefer to watch. Before contacting us, decide who will welcome the character and where photos can happen; share the date, ZIP code, age and requested theme. Program details, costs and availability require confirmation with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
