Kelley Brothers Memorial Park in Nedrow, which is part of the Town of Onondaga parks system, has a 15-acre setting with a rentable pavilion reached by an accessible walkway. If you are planning for guests who use wheelchairs, strollers or walkers, that path is a useful detail to confirm when you contact the town. Ask whether the pavilion is available on your date and what the permit covers before you commit to a costumed visit there.

The town lists a maximum occupancy of 75 for permits at this park. Count your confirmed guests, siblings and adult helpers together so the total stays within that limit. A character can still tailor the visit for a smaller group, but the head count shapes where the party happens and how much room everyone needs around the performer.

Before you finalize, ask whether the pavilion is free on your date, whether outside entertainers may use the space, and what time your reservation must end. You may also ask how the park is set up for a performance area, what seating is nearby and whether there is shade. Write down the answers so you can match the character visit to the setting.
