The city's park page says no outside vendors are permitted at its parks. Check with the city whether a costumed entertainer is allowed at the specific venue before you book.
The Tanglewood Park pavilion is listed for up to 75 people, which may suit a small family party. Confirm the entertainer question with the city first.
The Carl Shechter Southwest Focal Point Community Center hall is listed for rental with a capacity of 250 people. Ask about outside entertainers there too.
Ask whether a character may perform, what dates and times are available, and what rental or permit steps apply.
Pembroke Pines has several public spaces that families sometimes consider for a birthday visit with a costumed character. Before you settle on a place, it helps to know what the city's own pages say about outside entertainers and what the facilities offer, so you can ask the right questions early.
Tanglewood Park, at 9500 SW First Street behind the police station off Pines Boulevard, has a large outdoor pavilion that the city lists as holding up to 75 people. That may suit a small family gathering. Ask the city directly whether a costumed entertainer may perform there and what the booking process involves, since the park page does not answer that question.

The city's park pavilion page states that no outside vendors are permitted at any of its parks, and it gives bounce houses, food trucks and rides as examples. Whether a costumed entertainer counts as an outside vendor is a question to put to the city before you commit. Plan your party around the answer you receive in writing.

The Carl Shechter Southwest Focal Point Community Center hall is listed for rental with a capacity of 250 people, a main banquet hall, a stage and a hardwood dance floor. A hall of that size suits larger guest lists. Ask about the same outside-entertainer question for this building as well.

Ask whether a character may perform at the venue, what time slots are open, how long the visit may run, and whether you need to arrange a permit or rental. If you choose a character, ask how long a visit with that character typically runs so the space you reserve fits the plan.
