Let the child choose a wave, a short conversation or a photo beside a trusted adult. There is no need to require a hug.
Check the exact space's capacity, layout, booking conditions and rules for hired entertainment or equipment.
No. Confirm venue permission separately, then ask us about the theme-provider details, cost and availability.
In Three Mile Bay, start by deciding how the guest group will gather for the character's arrival. A clear meeting point helps children see what is happening without crowding the birthday child. Offer a wave or a photo with a parent as alternatives to a close greeting. If considering a pavilion, check its size and layout before planning guest participation. Ask us about program ideas and confirm details, cost and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
