No. Invite them to choose a photo, a wave or simply watching. Keep the moment brief and follow their lead.
Let them join a group greeting or take turns in photos, while leaving space for the child and parent.
Confirm the requested theme, visit program, cost and availability. A question about a date does not reserve it.
For an Alt de Montebrisas character visit, a quiet welcome can help the child feel in control of the moment. Let them choose between greeting from a parent's side or watching first, then invite them to join a photo when ready. Keep the guest group small around the camera and offer a simple shared activity only if the child wants to continue. Tell the organizer who will guide the child and where the greeting will take place. Confirm the theme, program details, cost and availability with our team. These are statewide checks, not verified city venues or policies.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
