In Alt de Villa Fontana, keep the character visit centered on one comfortable moment for the birthday child. Let them choose whether to lead the greeting, stand with a familiar adult, or watch as guests say hello first. A short pause for photos can give everyone time to adjust before any group participation. When you contact us, share the child's comfort level and ask which program ideas, timing, costs, and availability can be confirmed.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
