For Alt del Madrigal, build the visit around a short, welcoming introduction instead of a packed sequence of activities. The host can introduce the character, invite the birthday child to choose a greeting, and let other guests join at their own pace. Keep a photo opportunity nearby for children who want to take part. Before the party, share the schedule and any child-specific preferences with us; confirm program ideas, costs, and availability directly.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
