Start with a wave or hello from a comfortable distance. The birthday child can approach, take a photo, or watch.
Tell guests when the greeting is planned, keep one spot clear, and ask an adult to help children take turns.
No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm availability, costs, and program details with our team.
Aroma party planning can stay simple: choose a clear greeting place, let the birthday child decide how close to stand, and make photos an invitation rather than a requirement. Guests can wave or join a brief group hello, while quieter children watch with a caregiver. Before choosing any park, contact the actual operator about its rules. An Indianapolis example is not an Aroma policy. Ask us about the requested costume theme and possible program ideas, then confirm the visit's details, costs, and availability with our team. Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
As a city-scoped example within Indiana, Indy Parks provides permit guidance for private vendor sales. Indy Parks requires permits for private vendor sales. Tell the park what paid services, rentals or entertainment you propose, and check the applicable approval rather than treating all party activities as ordinary park use. This example applies only to Indianapolis's listed municipal facilities; other cities and state-managed parks have separate operators and rules. Confirm the exact venue's reservation process and permission for hired entertainment.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
