No. A date or ZIP request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm the requested theme, program details, cost and availability with our team.
A Blue Ball party is easier to host when the weather plan is settled before the character arrives. Choose an adult to watch conditions and direct guests if everyone needs to move indoors. Then the host can focus on a gentle greeting, a photo opportunity and an optional activity suited to the birthday child's comfort. These are statewide planning suggestions, not verified local venue policies. Confirm the exact venue's rules for hired entertainment, and ask our team to confirm theme, program details, cost and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
