Let them greet the character from a caregiver's side, wave from their seat, or watch quietly. Avoid calling on a child who has not chosen to join.

No. A theme request is not a reservation. Confirm the program details, costs, and availability with our team before finalizing the schedule.
A character visit in Corfu, New York, can work well when children have a clear place to gather and an easy way to opt in. Start with a warm hello, then offer a choice between a short conversation and watching nearby. Keep the photo moment flexible, so a group picture does not turn into a long queue. If you are considering a pavilion, check its actual layout and booking conditions before planning activities. Ask us about the requested character theme and confirm visit details, costs, and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
