Have the organizer welcome the character, then offer two simple choices, such as watching first or joining a group photo.
Not necessarily. Follow the current operator confirmation process and check permission for hired entertainment separately.
Provide the schedule, meeting point, guest ages and access needs. Confirm requested program details, costs and availability.
A Craley party can give children a memorable character moment without asking everyone to take part in the same way. Start with a friendly hello, offer a photo or group activity, and let children watch from a trusted adult if they prefer. Make the meeting point easy to find and have one organizer guide the schedule. Ask us about the requested theme; program details, costs and availability need confirmation. Statewide guidance does not verify local venues, policies or permissions.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
