No. The state guidance is not a verified Cramer venue policy. Contact the actual operator about reservation status, access and entertainment permission.
For a Cramer celebration, a clear, unhurried visit plan helps children know what to expect. Let the character make a gentle entrance, pause for a hello, then offer optional photos or a shared group moment. A parent or organizer can help children who want to stay close to their grown-up. Ask us about the requested character theme and confirm details, costs and availability. The supplied evidence is statewide guidance; Cramer venues and local event policies have not been verified.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
