For a gathering in Era, Texas, keep the character visit easy to follow: a friendly greeting, time for a few photos and an optional group moment. Children can participate by waving or watching first. Ask us about the requested theme and visit plan, since program details, costs and availability must be confirmed. Before party day, share the arrival location with guests and confirm the facility booking route and activity rules directly with the site operator.

Texas Parks and Wildlife directs visitors to reserve group facilities by phone rather than assuming every booking can be completed online. Check the current process for the exact group facility and describe the gathering and hired entertainment to the park. A phone reservation route does not establish that the proposed party activity is eligible or available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
