Yes. Suggest a wave, watching from nearby, or joining the group when ready. Let the birthday child choose.
Tell our team the child's age, party setting, guest count, and preferred timing. Prepare a spot that allows guests to gather without crowding.
No. A request is not a reservation. Confirm timing, program details, cost, and availability with our team.
For a party in Ext Villa Marina, a little structure can make the character's arrival feel comfortable without putting the birthday child on the spot. Choose a spot where children can see the greeting, then invite them to join a short activity or simply watch. Build in time for a small group photo and a birthday-child moment, with no pressure to participate. When you contact us, describe the setting and your preferred pace. Theme-provider activities, costs, and availability must be confirmed with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
