No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Ask our team to confirm availability, program details, and cost.
A birthday child does not need to be the first to greet the character in Ext Villa Rita. Let the character say hello to the whole group, then give the child space to respond in their own way. A wave, a shared photo with family, or watching nearby can all be part of the moment. Keep the plan short enough for guests to enjoy without rushing. Tell us the child's preferences and party setup; confirm theme-specific activities, cost, and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
