No. It applies to listed Indianapolis municipal facilities. Ask the operator of your chosen Farlen location about its own rules.
Invite children to wave, watch, or join a short group moment. Let each child choose without calling attention to a refusal.
Share your preferred timing and the kind of greeting you want, then confirm program details, cost, and availability with our team.
For a Farlen party, make the birthday child the first to choose the pace. The character can offer a quiet greeting, then invite guests to join a brief, easy activity or stay with their grown-ups and watch. Set aside a clear spot for photos so the moment does not interrupt the gathering. Before you ask us about a visit, outline the timing and venue plan. Program details, costs, and availability must be confirmed with our team, while venue permission is a separate check.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
As a city-scoped example within Indiana, Indy Parks provides permit guidance for private vendor sales. Indy Parks requires permits for private vendor sales. Tell the park what paid services, rentals or entertainment you propose, and check the applicable approval rather than treating all party activities as ordinary park use. This example applies only to Indianapolis's listed municipal facilities; other cities and state-managed parks have separate operators and rules. Confirm the exact venue's reservation process and permission for hired entertainment.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
