Plan a short greeting and optional photo moment within the hours your venue confirms. Leave a little transition time.
Let them watch or wave from where they feel comfortable. They can join later if they choose.
Ask us about the character, program details, cost, and availability. Confirm venue permission and the allowed visit window with the site.
A well-paced Glade Valley visit leaves enough room for the greeting, a child's choice, and the venue's actual permitted hours. Keep the special moment short and welcoming: a wave, a few words, or an optional photo can be enough. The supplied North Carolina advice is statewide planning guidance, not verified Glade Valley facilities or local policies. Check the exact site before setting arrival and departure times, then ask us about program details.

North Carolina State Parks notes that facilities can have limited hours. Check the exact shelter or room's permitted use period, layout and reservation conditions before setting the entertainer's arrival and departure times. Ask the park about hired entertainment separately; a facility reservation does not establish approval for all party activities.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
