Offer a wave, a short conversation or a photo as choices. Let the child skip any moment without holding up the group.
A short, familiar group activity can keep the visit manageable. Confirm what the requested character program includes before planning around it.
Include your requested date, location, expected group and preferred visit length. Availability, cost and program details must be confirmed with our team.
For a Kaser gathering, decide first whether the character's main moment will be a group greeting or a quieter hello with the birthday child. Either can lead into a brief activity, such as a question for the group, followed by optional photos. If children have different comfort levels, make watching a valid way to take part. For a rented pavilion, review the particular facility's size and layout before settling on the plan. Share your date and visit outline with us; program details, cost and availability need confirmation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
