In Keetley, keep the birthday plan flexible while you check the gathering space and date. A character visit can start with a wave and a brief hello, then shift to a photo or a small guest activity if the child is comfortable. Ask a trusted adult to stay close and help the child choose whether to join, pause or watch. Before the party, share the meeting point and a simple arrival plan with guests. Program details, cost and availability must be confirmed with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Utah State Parks publishes a specific reservation season and advance-booking process for group sites at Fred Hayes State Park at Starvation. Check the exact group site and current conditions before fixing your date. This is one state-managed property example: group-site availability does not establish eligibility for a birthday gathering or permission for hired entertainment.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
