No. A request does not reserve or pay for a visit. Ask our team to confirm the requested theme, program details, costs and availability.
A Lake McCoy party can feel less hurried when the organizer prepares the welcome before guests arrive. Choose a spot for the character greeting, leave room for children to approach with a caregiver and plan one group photo before any optional activity. These are statewide planning checks and parent suggestions, not verified Lake McCoy venues or policies. Ask us about the character theme you want, then confirm program details, costs and availability with our team before finalizing the schedule.

As a city-scoped example within Indiana, Indy Parks provides permit guidance for private vendor sales. Indy Parks requires permits for private vendor sales. Tell the park what paid services, rentals or entertainment you propose, and check the applicable approval rather than treating all party activities as ordinary park use. This example applies only to Indianapolis's listed municipal facilities; other cities and state-managed parks have separate operators and rules. Confirm the exact venue's reservation process and permission for hired entertainment.
