Tell us your kid’s name and how to say it, what they love, and what makes them shy. Your notes go to the performer with the booking, so the hour is about your kid.

Begin with a wave or greeting from a little distance. Let the guest of honor decide whether to come closer.
Offer one simple group activity and make watching acceptable. Keep the space open so children can join without crowding.
Check venue permission separately. Ask our team to confirm the character program, costs and availability; a request is not a reservation.
For a Lauderhill gathering, plan the character visit around the child's comfort and the practical limits of your chosen setting. A short entrance followed by a greeting, optional group participation and a few photos can give the party a clear rhythm without filling every minute. If you are considering a state-managed park, verify the exact property and ask its operator about facility rules and hired entertainment before making plans. Share your preferred setup with us, then confirm program details, costs and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Florida DEP describes the Florida Park Service and links to its state park information. Identify the exact state-managed property, then ask about the relevant group facility, reservation process and operating conditions. Describe hired entertainment to the operator before booking; the agency overview does not establish birthday eligibility, permission or availability at a particular park.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
