In Livingstonville, a well-sized gathering space can help children enjoy a character visit without a rush. Keep the first greeting brief, then offer a choice between watching, waving or posing for a photo. New York's statewide rental information does not confirm a Livingstonville facility or its policies, so verify the exact location before making plans. Ask us or our team to confirm the requested character theme, program ideas, costs and availability; prepare guests for a low-pressure visit with participation by choice.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
