Offer a wave or a brief hello, then follow the child's cues. They can watch with a familiar adult before choosing a closer interaction.
Invite children to make a birthday wish or join a single group photo. Participation can be optional and low-key.
Set a photo spot and share the weather plan with guests. Confirm the requested theme, program details, costs and availability with our team.
A simple weather plan can help a McDonaldsville celebration stay calm if outdoor arrangements need to change. Choose an adult to monitor conditions and guide guests to the alternate space, then keep the character moment easy to adjust. The birthday child might wave, share a short greeting or pose for a photo; other children can join or watch. Ask us about the theme and possible program, with details, costs and availability confirmed in advance.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
