No. Ask us to confirm availability, cost and program details. A request does not reserve or pay for the visit.
In Morris, matching the gathering space to the group can make the character visit easier for children and the organizer. Plan a brief greeting for the birthday child, followed by an optional group photo; guests can also wave or watch from nearby. Ask us about the requested character theme and possible visit activities, since details, costs and availability must be confirmed. Before choosing a state park pavilion, review the exact facility's capacity and layout. Prepare a clear place for the greeting, a guest meeting point, and a real indoor backup if your plans include outdoors.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
