Choose a time that fits the facility's allowed use period and leaves room for a relaxed welcome and photos. Confirm the schedule with the venue and our team.

No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Ask our team to confirm availability, program details and costs.
For a Mountain View, North Carolina gathering, build the character visit around the room or shelter's permitted time. A calm hello, a brief moment with the birthday child and optional group participation can fit more easily when the organizer knows when guests may arrive and when the space must be cleared. Let children choose whether to wave, answer a question or take a picture. Check the facility's current conditions before setting the visit schedule. Ask us about the requested character theme; program details, costs and availability must be confirmed.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
North Carolina State Parks notes that facilities can have limited hours. Check the exact shelter or room's permitted use period, layout and reservation conditions before setting the entertainer's arrival and departure times. Ask the park about hired entertainment separately; a facility reservation does not establish approval for all party activities.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
