Offer the child a choice: pose with the character, take a picture with family nearby, or skip the photo. Let them decide without pressure.
Tell our team the child's preferred name, timing, greeting preference, and any sensitivities. Check the venue's rules separately, including permission for hired entertainment.
No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm the requested theme, program details, costs, and availability with our team.
For a Murray, Utah gathering, let the child set the pace of the special moment. The character can begin with a quiet hello, leave time for a wave or optional photo, then share a brief activity for guests who choose to join. Keep the plan flexible, especially if the gathering is outdoors. These are parent suggestions, not guaranteed program inclusions. Ask us about the requested costume theme and confirm the visit program, costs, and availability with our team.

Utah State Parks publishes a specific reservation season and advance-booking process for group sites at Fred Hayes State Park at Starvation. Check the exact group site and current conditions before fixing your date. This is one state-managed property example: group-site availability does not establish eligibility for a birthday gathering or permission for hired entertainment.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
