Tell us your kid’s name and how to say it, what they love, and what makes them shy. Your notes go to the performer with the booking, so the hour is about your kid.

Yes. Offer a greeting, a wave or quiet observation, and allow children to change their minds.
Choose a clear greeting area and ask one adult to help guests take photo turns. Keep the group moment short.
A date or ZIP code request is not a booking. Confirm the proposed program, cost and availability with our team.
For a Notrees celebration, plan the character visit around a manageable group moment and keep the rest of the party flexible. Children might begin with a group greeting, then choose whether to join a photo or watch from a trusted adult's side. Let the organizer know where the character should arrive and which adult will gather guests. If you are considering a state park group facility, verify how that particular space is booked and what activities it allows. Ask us about your request; details, cost and availability require confirmation with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Texas Parks and Wildlife directs visitors to reserve group facilities by phone rather than assuming every booking can be completed online. Check the current process for the exact group facility and describe the gathering and hired entertainment to the park. A phone reservation route does not establish that the proposed party activity is eligible or available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
