Offer a choice of greeting, wave, or photo. Let the child decide whether friends join the picture.
Ask about capacity, layout, access, equipment, and permission for hired entertainment. Do not assume a rental listing covers every activity.
No. A date or ZIP request is not a reservation or payment. Ask our team to confirm availability, cost, and program details.
For an Omar, New York gathering, choose the visit setup around how the group will move and gather for photos. A birthday child can have a quiet first hello, followed by optional pictures with friends or family. Keep the activity short enough to leave room for the rest of the celebration. The available facts cover statewide guidance only; they do not confirm local venues or policies. Ask us or our team to verify the requested character's program, cost, and availability before finalizing plans.

New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
