No. A requested date or ZIP is not a reservation or payment. Ask us to confirm the proposed program, cost and availability.
In Osage Bluff, make the visit easy to follow by setting one simple sequence: a warm character greeting, a group photo, then a low-pressure activity. Children can join in, answer from their seats or watch first. That flexibility helps the moment feel welcoming without requiring every guest to perform. Check gathering-space conditions directly with its operator; statewide guidance does not verify Osage Bluff facilities or local policies. Ask us about possible program ideas, costs and availability, then confirm details before planning around them.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Missouri State Parks says enclosed shelters, venues and meeting rooms require advance reservations. Check the exact facility type and current booking conditions, since open picnic shelters can follow a different process. Confirm the gathering layout and permission for a hired character visit with the operator; this policy does not establish entertainer availability.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
