No. Follow the operator's current confirmation process and keep venue arrangements distinct from an entertainer's quote.
Offer a choice to greet, watch or join a shared activity. Avoid requiring a child to speak or pose.
Ask us to confirm theme-provider program details, costs and availability. Check venue access and permission with the operator.
For a Pennersville celebration, make the first few minutes easy to follow: have the character greet the birthday child, pause for a photo if welcome, then invite guests to take part in one simple activity. Children can join, watch or stay with a caregiver. Before settling on an outdoor plan, identify an accessible indoor alternative. These are parent planning suggestions, not confirmed local venue rules. Ask us about theme-provider program details, costs and availability, and check any venue arrangements with its operator.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
