A gathering in Perrys Mills may benefit from a visit plan that fits the space rather than taking over it. Think about where a relaxed greeting and a few photos could happen, then leave a clear route for guests who prefer to watch. Invite children to join a short activity only if they are comfortable. When you ask our team about a character, share the venue layout and timing. Confirm program details, costs and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
