No. It concerns one state-managed property. Ask your actual venue about permission and our team about program details, costs and availability.
For a Pine Valley, Utah, gathering, keep the visit light and adaptable: let the character offer a warm wave, then give children the choice to greet, watch, or join a short activity. Set aside a small window for photos rather than interrupting the whole gathering. Statewide advice here includes one specific state-park example, not verified Pine Valley facilities or policies. Check the exact operator's rules and ask our team to confirm theme, program details, costs and availability before making plans.

Utah State Parks publishes a specific reservation season and advance-booking process for group sites at Fred Hayes State Park at Starvation. Check the exact group site and current conditions before fixing your date. This is one state-managed property example: group-site availability does not establish eligibility for a birthday gathering or permission for hired entertainment.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
