Not necessarily. Ask the specific venue about its rules, then confirm theme, program details, costs and availability with our team.
In Reelsville, Indiana, keep the character visit focused on one memorable moment instead of a long run of activities. A gentle greeting, a child-led photo and a short guest participation option can give the birthday child room to enjoy the attention. Before inviting a performer to a park, check that exact venue's rules; statewide and other-city guidance does not establish local permission. Ask us about the requested theme, and confirm program details, costs and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
As a city-scoped example within Indiana, Indy Parks provides permit guidance for private vendor sales. Indy Parks requires permits for private vendor sales. Tell the park what paid services, rentals or entertainment you propose, and check the applicable approval rather than treating all party activities as ordinary park use. This example applies only to Indianapolis's listed municipal facilities; other cities and state-managed parks have separate operators and rules. Confirm the exact venue's reservation process and permission for hired entertainment.
