A party in Richfield, North Carolina benefits from a schedule that leaves breathing room around the character visit. Settle the greeting, a possible photo and one optional activity, then give guests time to return to the celebration. Children may participate or simply watch. North Carolina State Parks notes that facilities can have limited hours. Check the exact shelter or room's permitted use period, layout and reservation conditions before setting the entertainer's arrival and departure times. Ask the park about hired entertainment separately; a facility reservation does not establish approval for all party activities.
