For a Roans Prairie, Texas, party, think of the character visit as one small, flexible part of the gathering. A friendly hello can lead to a wave, a photo with family, or a simple activity for guests who want to join. Give the birthday child permission to watch rather than perform, and keep an adult ready to help with transitions. These are suggestions, not promised program details. Ask us about the requested costume theme; confirm program, costs, and availability with our team. Local facilities and policies have not been verified, so ask any venue directly.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Texas Parks and Wildlife directs visitors to reserve group facilities by phone rather than assuming every booking can be completed online. Check the current process for the exact group facility and describe the gathering and hired entertainment to the park. A phone reservation route does not establish that the proposed party activity is eligible or available.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
