Yes. A brief hello and optional photo can be a comfortable first moment; ask us what visit options are available.
Offer a wave or let them watch. Invite participation without requiring every child to approach.
Choose a clear meeting spot and tell the organizer about the child's preferences. Confirm the program, cost and availability with us.
For a Rollin gathering, give the birthday child time to notice the character before asking them to pose or participate. A parent can introduce the guest, offer a wave and let the child choose whether to take a photo. Keep the group activity brief so children can join or watch. If the party is outdoors, make the weather plan before guests arrive and confirm the actual location's rules. Program ideas are suggestions; check details, costs and availability with us.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
