No. Ask us to confirm the requested character, program details, costs, and availability before making plans.
In Round Spring, keep the character visit calm and easy to follow: welcome the guest of honor first, then let children choose whether to wave, chat, or watch from beside a familiar adult. Set aside a simple photo moment before group play, so no child has to join a crowd to be included. These are statewide planning checks and parent suggestions, not verified Round Spring venues or local policies. Ask us about the requested character's program, costs, and availability; confirm visit details with our team before planning around them.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Missouri State Parks says enclosed shelters, venues and meeting rooms require advance reservations. Check the exact facility type and current booking conditions, since open picnic shelters can follow a different process. Confirm the gathering layout and permission for a hired character visit with the operator; this policy does not establish entertainer availability.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
